General

With more than 10 integrations, we ensure that our customers can easily import orders from all their online sales channels. Is your integration not yet listed? Don't worry, we will realise it within a few days.

In most cases, we are not insured for any damage you may suffer as a customer. We therefore recommend taking out the following insurance policies, in which we would be happy to support you: transport insurance, inventory insurance, liability insurance and business interruption insurance. Of course, this depends on the size and specific needs of your company.

Our warehouse is equipped with camera surveillance at all exits and fitted with roller shutters with magnetic security. The alarm system is linked to a control room, which is immediately alerted when movement is detected after closing time. In this way, we ensure the safety of our goods and processes.

With us, fulfilment takes centre stage, with additional services to match. If you choose fulfilment with us, you will automatically benefit from advantageous extra services. Our goal is joint growth, and we will only achieve this by giving our all!

Fulfilment

We also support smaller customers with an average of 10 orders per week. For start-up sellers, we offer tailored advice, but we screen carefully to assess whether the customer is serious. However, we do not take on customers offering unbranded products.

We offer complete customer service, so you no longer have to worry about customer queries. If a parcel is lost, we immediately initiate an investigation in cooperation with the carrier. If the parcel is not recovered, we refund 40% of the retail value to the customer.

Yes, we process returns. For returns with minor damage that can no longer be sold, we offer a solution. In cooperation with partners, we can resell these products, if you want to make use of this option. The proceeds of this sale are often comparable to the purchase value, so you can avoid losses on returns!

Forwarding

To register transport, please contact your account manager or via our company's WhatsApp account. In both cases, we will guide you step by step and provide clear explanations.

From the time the products are received at our warehouse in China, it takes about 30 days.

Although rates fluctuate widely, we can always offer a more competitive price than the competition. This is possible because we purchase large volumes from our partner and use the entire container. In addition, we save on costs because we do not require last-mile transport, unlike many other forwarders.
